about

Welcome to the sixth season of Bmic's The Cutting Edge series.

The venue will again be the cosy, wooden-beamed Warehouse in Waterloo, and the concerts will feature familiar faces from previous series as well as newcomers in percussionist Claire Edwardes, cellist Neil Heyde, the Rothko String Trio, pianist Daniel Becker, the Norwegian group asamisimasa, harpist Ruth Wall and vocal trio juice.

The 17 concerts, on 13 consecutive autumn Thursday evenings, will provide a rich line up of new commissions, contemporary 'classics' and works from the best of Britain's younger generation, including composers on the Bmic's 'Voices' schemes.

Bmic's The Cutting Edge is a must for anyone looking to discover a new sound world. Make Thursday evenings your regular encounter with the music of today!
