Ensemble Bash member and all-round percussion maestro Joby Burgess follows on with a session of recently commissioned music full of brilliance, energy and vitality, including Tansy Davies's Dark Ground for a huge industrial drum kit, a new work from Gabriel Prokofiev featuring Fanta bottles and lo-fi electronics, and evocative late night sounds in Richard Baker's Sleepsong. Closing with Xenakis' monumental, iconic Psappha, this is an event not to miss!
