How to Order Scores

Printed Scores

Many scores are available printed and bound, direct from Bmic and produced at cost. (see pricing policy).

Only scores with the 'get bound score' option visible on the score details page are available to purchase online.

To add a score to your list for ordering:

• Go to the score details page of the score(s) you are interested in.
  (These can be reached from the search results lists, or recent acquisitions lists)
• Click 'get bound score' -This will add the score your selection - accessible via 'My Selection'
• Check your selection and Click 'proceed to checkout', then follow the instructions

You can pay for scores:

• By Credit card. This can be done on-line when you checkout with your selected items. Transactions are made securely via WorldPay and may be made with any of the following:

Please allow for up to 28 day delivery. In some cases we may be able to offer an express delivery. If you wish to arrange express delivery, please email info@bmic.co.uk. A surcharge will be levied for this service.

Pricing Policy

All scores sold through Bmic are made in-house on a non-profit basis. Prices are worked out on a start-up cost plus per-page basis and are free from domestic value added tax. Post and packaging is added according to weight and delivery address.

PDF

Some scores are available in full as a PDF, which can be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. In order to view a full score as a PDF, click 'Download score' on the score details page.

Registering

You will need to 'register' if you wish to download PDFs, or order bound scores.

Privacy

At Bmic, we put a high priority on protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your order. With your consent, we will send you occasional e-mail bulletins regarding Bmic concerts and other activities. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Refund Policy

We want to provide the best service to our customers. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will refund in full any product returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. If the mistake is ours, we will also refund the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note that some products may be sealed to ensure that they have not been copied or tampered with before delivery to you. If this seal is broken, we regret we will be unable to offer a refund, but if your product is faulty we will happily provide a refund or replacement.
To return an item, please enclose your original delivery note and repack securely. State the reason for the return and send the package to the address below:
